Structure: The hose features a central braided layer made from high-strength polyester filaments, with inner and outer rubber layers composed of polyurethane material, extruded in a single process.
Features: The hose offers excellent wear resistance, resistance to acids and alkalis, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. It will not harden, become brittle, or break in cold environments. With an ultra-large diameter and high flow capacity, it is easy to connect, quick to install, and serves as a suitable alternative to metal pipes.
Operating Temperature: -40ºC to 70ºC.
UV Resistance: When observed under a 2x magnifying glass, no cracks are visible in the outer rubber layer of the hose.
Ozone Resistance: Under test conditions of an ozone concentration of 50×10 and a temperature of 40ºC±2ºC, after 72 hours, no cracks are found in the outer rubber layer of the hose when inspected with a 7x magnifying glass.
Wear Resistance: Using an H-22 grinding wheel, without additional pressure, the number of grinding wheel revolutions before the reinforcement layer is exposed is at least 250,000 revolutions.
Static Conductive Performance: The oil delivery hose is woven with continuous conductive static wires. These wires ensure continuity between both hose joints, with a maximum resistance value not exceeding 50 ohms per meter. Even when the hose is coiled, folded, or subjected to the specified internal pressure, it remains conductive at all times.
Operating Temperature: When used within a temperature range of -40ºC to 70ºC, the hose shows no cracks, adhesion, or other issues, and the oil delivery hose remains continuously connected.
Anti-Oil Pollution: When the hose is used to transport oil materials that require controlled colloid content, the test liquid inside the hose remains clear and translucent, free from impurities such as suspended solids. After the test, the detergent colloid content of the solution should not exceed 6mg/100ml.
Waterproof and Pollution Resistance: Complies with the safety evaluation standards outlined in GB/T17219.
