 Polyurethane steel wire reinforced hose, also known as PU steel wire hose, is a highly flexible tubing made from durable polyurethane and strengthened with a spiral steel wire. This structure combines the flexibility and chemical resistance of PU with the strength of steel reinforcement, offering superior performance in terms of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and pressure handling. It is widely used in sectors such as industry, agriculture, and construction for transporting air, dust, particles, and light materials.

Structure

1.Inner Layer: Made from clear polyurethane (PU), this inner surface is smooth and highly resistant to both wear and corrosion. It ensures unobstructed flow of materials and allows for visual monitoring of the contents moving through the hose.

2.Reinforcement Layer: Built with a spiral steel wire—typically galvanized or stainless steel—this layer enhances the hose's structural integrity, enabling it to resist internal pressure and external crushing forces without losing shape.

3.Outer Layer: Also constructed from PU material, the outer layer offers excellent abrasion resistance, anti-aging properties, and UV protection, effectively shielding the hose from harsh environmental conditions and prolonging its service life.
