        PVC layflat hose is a flexible water discharge hose made from high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material reinforced with high-strength polyester fiber.

        According to application and material formulation, PVC layflat hoses are generally divided into the following types:

1.Economy Type – Made with standard PVC and basic reinforcement. Suitable for light-duty use, such as temporary irrigation or short-term water transfer. Cost-effective but less durable.
2.Standard Type – Uses an improved PVC formula with better plasticizers and fiber weaving. It offers enhanced flexibility and a longer service life, suitable for general agricultural and industrial use.
3.Heavy-Duty Type – Reinforced with thicker walls and higher-grade materials. Designed to withstand high pressure and harsh environments like construction sites, mines, or high-temperature outdoor exposure.

       Each type is available in different diameters, wall thicknesses, and working pressure ratings (typically 2–10 bar). Customized lengths, colors, and couplings are also available to meet specific user requirements.
